Whitewater SAC Trip Saturday (10/17)

Pending approval of our Water Safety Chair, I will lead a SAC trip on Saturday (10/17). Meet at Park St. Circle at 12 PM; plan on being back between 4 and 5 PM after a quick bite to eat in Sauk City/Prairie du Sac. Bring $10-15 for food+gas for your driver. Due to the colder temperatures predicted for Saturday, a minimum of a wet suit and paddling jacket is required. This trip will be open to those with a R3p kayak rating or higher, and *may* be open to a limited number of R1s and R2s, as well as R1-OCs provided they have at minumum a 3 mm wetsuit and dry top (dry pants also necessary if canoeing). (For those who are curious about the departure/return times, they were selected based on the Badger football game, which starts at 11 AM and is anticipated to conclude between 2 and 3 PM. That being said, please make sure someone stays with your car at all times when loading at Park St. Circle, because the police like to ticket on football game days!)
