Hello Hoofers!
After this week's Tuesday meeting, let's have a backpacking interest group meeting. All Hoofer Outing Club members and potential members (ie, your friends) are welcome! Let's plan on 8ish in Der Stiftskeller near the pool tables.
'Tis the season for backpacking the Midwest! Think no bugs, cooler temperatures, the changing leaves, and campfires. We will meet to discuss all things backpacking.... recalling tales of adventure, gear!, locations in and beyond Wisconsin (Kettle Moraine to the Porkies to the Sierra Nevada), etc. But most importantly, this meeting will bring together all those interested in packing the back. Think about where and when you want to go now and come to the BP'ing interest group meeting ready for a lively discussion!
